INFERNO Hot Pilates

Jessica Wayne

I'm originally from the Bay Area. I was born and raised on the SF Peninsula and moved to Roseville the summer of 2014. I was introduced to 26 & 2 and the Body Yoga Studio by a friend and my world has never been the same since! I started teaching Inferno Hot Pilates in 2016 and have loved every single minute of it. I also think it is an excellent complement to the 26 & 2.
When I am not practicing the 26 & 2 and teaching Inferno Hot Pilates, you'll find me outdoors. I love heading to Tahoe or Yosemite. I enjoy taking strolls, rugged hikes, playing tennis, golf and am happiest by any body of water. I also enjoy traveling and shopping. I have an affinity for unique yoga leggings. I try to outdo my pants each class.

Jennifer Collins

Jennifer was a high achieving athlete who played competitive sports throughout High School and College. After chronic knee injuries and surviving a near fatal car accident, her college sports career came to an end. After spending 7 years in the mortgage industry, Jennifer found herself missing the camaraderie and support of being part of a team.

This led her to discover a new passion in the fitness industry coaching, training, and instructing group fitness classes. With now over 12 years experience under her belt, Jennifer loves helping others achieve their health & fitness goals, strive for greatness, and live a happy, healthy, lifestyle!

Jennifer started her yoga practice just over 6 years ago after entering into her first figure competition. Through her practice she found Inferno Hot Pilates and fell in love! Jennifer loves that at Body Yoga it is a family environment allowing men and women to come as they are and receive the guidance, love and support they need to reach their ultimate health and fitness goals.

When Jennifer is not coaching and helping others she enjoys spending time with her family and friends, practicing yoga, traveling, attending sporting events, being active outdoors and playing at the beach!

Kathryn Body

I took my first Bikram yoga class in San Carlos, CA in 1996.
I was hooked from the very first class. I found the practice enjoyable and very challenging. I continued to practice through my first pregnancy in 1998. The breathing exercises helped me through both of my high risk pregnancies.
I worked as a textile designer in San Francisco and the surrounding areas for many years. As a busy working mom, I continued to make time for my practice, commuting in the early hours to San Francisco for yoga, then work. The yoga practice has benefitted me tremendously over the years, allowing me to stay calm in stressful situations. Physically I have enjoyed good health as a result.

At the age of 22yrs, I was told by my then arthroscopic surgeon that I would not be able to resume my usual physical activities as a result of a broken patella, with loss of all cartilage in my right knee resulting from a car accident. What I consider one of my “wake up calls”. Through dedication to my yoga practice I was pleasantly surprised to find I had strengthened the muscles around my knee and would no longer need to have knee replacement surgery.

When you hear the instructors say “Lock the knee” embrace it, trust it, do it!
I have received so much from this practice that in Spring of 2006 I decided it was time to give back. I have been teaching Bikram yoga ever since and have found even more joy and passion through the sharing of this amazing yoga practice with others.

Paul Weinrauch


Paul took his first Bikram yoga class in August 2013 and instantly fell in love with the practice. After decades of sports, weight training, and running, he was looking for an alternative workout. Not only did he find a physically demanding workout, but was astonished at the growth mentally and emotionally in his personal and professional life. Paul graduated as a yoga instructor in June 2015 and has been teaching ever since. In September 2015, he took his first Inferno Hot Pilates class at the urging of Kathryn, began teacher training a few days later, and was teaching the class the very next month. He was thoroughly impressed with the cardio, strength, and core training received from a one hour class using only your own body weight.

Paul is married to his beautiful wife Danielle and has two amazing stepdaughters, Teya and Melanie. When he is not working as a professional medical rep, teaching or practicing yoga, he loves to snowboard and travel.

Using Pilates principles, Inferno Hot Pilates is a challenging, full body, low impact, high intensity workout. It is performed on a yoga mat in a room heated to 95 degrees and 40% humidity.  Hot Pilates strengthens muscles and burns fat - all without the pounding of a high impact workout.  It is designed for all fitness levels.
